Extra time, more magic, more fun.

Any human being that has lived in America knows the magic to Fridays.  When you look outside the window and see the sunny warmth radiate, as those happy faces pass you by.  Although English is fun, and we could spend our time inside a classroom, why not let student and teacher alike have freedom to work wherever they want? For example, let’s say we’re in our wonderful class with our most charming Ms. B, and there is a research paper that is in progress. Would it not be a good idea to let the students explore sources of information out in the real world? In fact we could conduct a study, let’s see how the happiness level in students rises as they find out their English class has been cancelled? As a side to this we could also prove that happy students make a happier society, and this leads to solving complex issues. Ms. B holds the power to unlock great happiness by providing her students with extra time to commence a well-deserved break. After all we have been dedicated in finding and annotating sources to produce quality work.
Another perspective into this is from the teacher’s point of view, because if we think about it… the teacher, more than all the students, deserves her break too. She has worked hard to instruct us in producing great rhetorical and analytical thought processes. In fact I think she has over-excelled in molding our minds with wisdom. As a great instructor Ms. B deserves to commence her fall break early, to take some time into relaxing and knowing that she has taught her students well. Any work that could be done to the research paper could also be done inside the library or anywhere because she has shaped autonomous students striving for success.
